Anna has moved from the bear crawl to scooting and now onto holding hands and walking all too quickly for us! But as she's been on the move more and more, I've noticed her left foot pigeon toes inward. Any of you had similar experiences with your kids? The doc said they're not concerned and will look at it at her 1 year, but my thinking is that if this is something that needs to be corrected, wouldn't it be better to start correcting now, before it becomes habit over the next 2 months? Or is it not a big deal, and she'll correct it on her own?...

This happened to Lisa. My mom would know about it.
Lucas did it and Ariel did it too. Ariel has mostly corrected it, occassionally it will turn in. THe doctors told me no big deal. I was not worried with Ariel because I saw it fix itself with Lucas.
Lisa wore corrective shoes and a brace every night when she was Anna's age. I felt it affected the quality of her sleep because she kept getting sick during that period. The doctor laughed at my concerns. She was hospitalized twice for infections (pneumonia & cellulitis) before I stopped putting the corrective shoes on her. The doctor then admitted that there was not a lot of evidence that correctives shoes really work. The hospital stays were very traumatic. Moms were only allowed during visiting hours.
I'm so so so jealous about having a water fight....there is so much #$%^&*snow up here..I'm about to scream!! We will be in Phoenix the first week in march..are you close to phoenix?
Someone just told me that they will grow out of it and that it's actually normal. Unless they are tripping over their feet and such. Even Canberra's feet will correct themselves. And you know how bad hers are! She runs and walks just fine. I wouldn't worry about it unless it's major sideways or something.
