Down Day

When given the option of another day at Disneyland or time at the beach, the kids unanimously voted for the latter.
I was more than happy to take a trip to Balboa Island and reintroduce the kids to frozen bananas. Unfortunately my cold prevented us from visiting Uncle Ron and Aunt Susan, and unfortunately the cold weather prevented us from spending more than 45 minutes at the beach (James still hasn't forgiven us for that one) but we had a great relaxing day.

We ended our day watching the amazing fireworks from our balcony window
