Pooping Pears

My little helper was with me at the cannery yesterday getting boxes full of apples and pears. An older lady overhearing our conversation insisted I record it in his baby book. Knowing that wasn't likely, I decided the blog would be the next best place. Because, after all, I will be printing this someday.

After quite some time helping and picking up pears, Joseph exclaimed in his broken 2-year-old-English "Yook, Mommy- it's pooping!" (You'll never look at the flowering end of a pear the same again...)
Then he wanted me to catch them. The lady thought it was hilarious that he wanted to play catch with pooping pears. Yeah- I can see the humor in it. Funny how we take these little conversations for granted sometimes.

BTW these pictures are completely random, and completely adorable.
As much trouble this boy is, he is twice as much endearing and adorable- I sometimes even miss him when he's napping! Of course, he is beginning to think he's beyond naps, but most days if I am persistent enough, he only climbs out of his crib 2 or 3 times...

Oh those dimples! I'm lucky none of my kids have them ... I'm a sucker for dimples. He is utterly adorable!
