Anna wanted nothing to do with the African Walking Stick, but was eager to "pet" the Madagascar Hissing Beetle...

Adam works the cotton gin as we listen to how it was developed and helped cotton picking, like on Papa's farm.
Adam is reminded that the glass barrier is to keep children off Dumbo... (but only after he successfully scaled the wall and was on his way to hop on!)
Ahhh, the rewards! After sitting through several museums, we were walking back out to the car when Anna lets out this joyful squeal! We look to where she is pointing and sure enough, the kid found the 40 year old Merry-Go-Round we all remembered wishing to go on. She was such a trouper, and when there's only ONE kid to fork out $3.50 for, I decided to spoil her. Thanks uncle Rob, for taking her for a ride!

Although her face is frozen from the frigid temperatures and high speeds of the horse (that ride was fast!) Anna loved it!
