Thanks, Daddy-O, for the nice little tribute. We cannot wait for you to land your plane in 1 hour and 34 minutes. After 8 days of being gone, we are all counting down. Here are a few pictures of what we were up to this week
James read half of this Archie comic book after church. I think it used to belong to uncle Jeff.
Then James got a really cool "letter" from Granmama and Papa. It was written on a puzzel and sent in a bottle. so cool.
This is what happens when you ask a 2 year old to feed the baby (to save time, of course).
And this is what happens when the Mom thinks she can put a bowl of green beans on the floor for Joseph to take one at a time.
Leprechauns came and turned over chairs, moved furniture, and mysteriously turned an unopened gallon of milk green. We set a trap for them, but somehow they got away. They did leave us green and gold chocolates though, so that was okay.

We gave corned beef and cabbage a try.

Anna hosted playgroup
And we had SO much fun drawing with chalk.
Our 3-car driveway just isn't big enough, so we colored all over the coul-de-sac with a dozen neighbors.
Joseph was there, too.
Boy was it bright!
Yesterday 2 people asked if Joseph and I were intentionally twinners. James took our picture for you.
Well, you'd probably rather have a clean car to pick you up, than a lengthy post, so off we go to the garage.
Welcome home!

WOW--Super Mom! 8 days, no dad, and you did all that? Even corned beef and cabbage. What?! I couldn't be more impressed. Speechless. I hope he brought flowers.
Just before you posted this, I was teaching a class about blogs and opened your blog as an example. Someone in my class recognized you and told me she lived in Tuscany. More evidence that it is a small world. Her name is Kim.
