Papa's 5 kids, 3 of their spouses and 4 of his grandkids surprised
him on his 60th birthday weekend. It was GREAT!
We arrived while Mom was out running errands with him- then hid in their food storage pantry. Matt and Mesia had dinner ready when they got home and asked Dad to go downstairs to get some peaches- when he opened the dark basement door, we surprised him for sure! Then spent a fun weekend playing games, eating, attending a session at the temple, and just hanging out. Great having excuses to get us all together!

What a great surprise. Did your mom know about it? Was your dad wondering why they wanted to take a picture of him going to get peaches?
The tier of cupcakes and the party decorations were pretty amazing. You guys are party planners extraordinaire. Just when I think yo've maxed out the thoughtfulness and coolness factor on birthday/anniversary/special occassion ideas, you out do yourselves again! Impressive.
You guys are such a fun family. I'm sure he loved that surprise. Glad you all got a chance to be together and celebrate!
