Anna decided it was necessary to come get in bed with me at 6:24 and tell me all about the "elephant in mine house!" Her conversation went like this:
"Elephant go away... elephant in mine house! ...elephant foot (giggle, giggle) Lizzy pet elephant (giggle, giggle!)... elephant jump -on table!" This was obviously a very humorous dream for her.
Finally, 20 minutes later I conceded and got out of bed. As we walked downstairs, Anna said, rather disappointed "Elephant go away?"
And now as I type and she sits beside me, playing with play dough, she is getting upset that "sissy take the elephant".
me: "no, Sissy is sleeping, elephant went bye bye."
Anna, crying "elephant went bye bye?"
