ROAD TRIP!!!

Isn't traveling with kids the most dreaded part of any vacation? Knowing we'd be driving to Yellowstone, driving through Yellowstone, and driving home from Yellowstone, I decided to put extra effort into our traveling activities. Thanks to some cute ideas from my friend, creative websites, and a few activities I came up with, the kids kept pretty busy and entertained. Our "Mary Poppins bag" even has a few unused activities waiting for our next adventure...


One idea I came across was to talk like pirates for a given amount of time. When I saw this set at the dollar store, I knew we had to implement the idea. Listening to the book "Little Treasure" from the library got us in the mood, too.
