Elizabeth felt like a princess as Nate fitted her for boots.
Even Anna got some boots! (but fell asleep before getting a chance to hook 'em into some ski's).
James caught on fast, and was surprisingly confident. There were no tears nor complaints the entire afternoon.
Yeah, I'm quite the ski model with Jim's sunglasses, Nate's hat, and some 1970 gray gloves I scrummaged from the basement...
My favorite was Elizabeth's brilliant smile every time she fell. She was so happy just to be part of the activity!

Great photos! How did you manage to ski and get such awesome actions shots too? Don't tell me you did it all on manual too. After seeing all these animated expressions, I feel like we were there too.
That looked like so much fun! You are brave for taking all your kids out, but it looked like a success! How fun! And yes, we are ready for our Yellowstone trip. We'll have to compare schedules! Do you know it is free this weekend? You probably still have Kristin/fam with you though. We'll talk.
