No, Lizzy doesn't resemble the actress, but she IS so in character of whatever it is she is doing.Today she was a princess. She took her coat off outside becaues it wasn't a "princess" coat. I finally talked her into wearing her long purple sweater, making her believe it was a princess sweater.
Several nights ago I told her somewhat sternly (after several sweeter requests) to get her jammies on; to which she replied "that isn't how a mommy talks to her 3 year old daughter."
She just has this ideal image in her mind of how things "should" be- and it is all so sweet and cheery; perhaps a little more how things really should be.
As long as you're in the same mind frame, it is a pleasant world to be in!

And another night after she whispered "I love you" as I checked in on her, I replied "I love you more". "That isn't very nice" she declared. Guess she inherited her mother's lack of competition.

What a fun age- it's great that you are able to save all of these moments/conversations for later! She's so cute!
She is so sweet. Can you imagine the games she and Aliya would play if we still lived near you? Those two would be quite the princesses at play!
We saw Enchanted a while back, and I have to say that is definitely a great comparison! She has always been a little girly-girl princess. The other day as she was racing kids she shouted "Last one there is a pretty dog." She then stated how she was going to be the last one there. It cracked me up. She was in character even at a time like that. So cute.
