Happy Groundhogs Day!

 James looked up Puxatony's prediction this morning so our breakfast consisted of dirt waffles topped with spring strawberries covering the snowy whipped cream. Of course we sat on a springy quilt on the ground.

We are more than delighted with Puxatony's prediction.

It was a simple, fun way for the kids to start their day.

We will also be celebrating Chinese New Year tomorrow, like we have in the past, but due to my extreme exhaustion lately, I just may rely on Costco potstickers and Panda's orange chicken to complete the meal...
