We of course took many, many pictures and after seeing Caleb's birthday slide shows, Elizabeth was eager to see her own. I'm liking this Smilebox site, but had to create a few different slide show, for various reasons. No, I don't REALLY expect anyone but Grandma to view all these pictures, but should you feel so inclined, turn up your volume for some sweet music, and when the birthday song (from the brief presents slide) gets stuck in your mind for the next week, just thank Katie;)
And here is a collage for those of you who prefer the "short version"... When asked what she wanted to do for her birthday, Elizabeth emphatically responded "CHUCK E. CHEESE!!!" I guess that's what happens when it is such a rare occasion around here. So we started off the day at the Zoo (perhaps hoping that would be enough of an outing) then picked up a couple partying cousins and headed to Chuck's.
Afterwards, we came home and got ready for the Welcome Home party Katie and Laura had planned for us. It was a blast. We loved seeing so many friends and neighbors! We are so excited to be "home" again! Thanks again, guys!
Certainly a highlight was having Katie decorate Elizabeth's room for her! She absolutely LoVes it!!! You are so talented!
Putting her to bed that night was so sweet. She got all cozy reunited with an old friend in her new bed and was just beaming. What a sweetheart!

I thought about Elizabeth on the 5th. Cant believe that it was 3 years ago Jim was dropping off Jamers in the middle of the night for you to have her. Dang ear twidler! Man, how time flys!

What a romantic room for a princess! I love the photos on the wall and I don't think I've seen even one of them before. I can't get the collage to enlarge when I click on it. Are all those kids lined up to have some of Lizzie's birthday cake? Fun! What a busy day.
She is so cute and sweet Karin! I can't believe that you braved Mr. Cheese's I am not a fan and why do kids just want o keep going there!? You are the best mother, and your kids are just perfect!
