3 is not yittle, 3 is BIG

Anna's requested "yellow flower cake". -Lemon cake decorated with left over jellybeans...Our girls love their older girl cousins!Aunt Katie helps Anna with all of her darling new things! Anna's sincere appreciation for new gifts is priceless!
ON Anna's birthday, she was lucky enough to have Grandma and Papa in town (nice timing with her new twin cousins having been born the day before!) so we went out for some yummy (pricey) pizza. She is delighted to be 3The most important thing to Anna is to be big. And just look at her- who can argue with that?
Anna wanted a babydoll cake.  We came up with a sleeping baby under her covers (as she frequently tucks in her babies, then carefully slides in beside them most nights).
Her newest babydoll.

Anna's good friend, Hannah, turned 3 just a few days after Anna.  Playgroup was at her house right between their birthdays, so we threw them a joint party.  Celeste had darling decorations and made amazing invitations. (while uploading pictures, things got all out of order, so you'll have to keep looking for those apron invitations...)
The birthday girls!
The girls created with glitter playdough
and baked their own pizzas!
Could you get any cuter, Holland?!
Celeste did the hats and I made the aprons...
Holland, Anna, Brynna, Madison, Hannah and Brinley
Peek-a-boo with their new hats was a hit!Mmmm decorating cupcakes
making and dancing to music...
Yet another look of amazement at the perfect gift for our 3 year old (princess hair and make up stuff!)
getting every. last. sprinkle.

Oh my goodness... you have just made me want a dozen little girls of my very own. SO CUTE! Seriously, you can make the cutest things for little girls. And I adore Anna's face when she's opening her gifts. That is priceless. Great photography, by the way.
