Song? I'm just having memories of the creepy lounge singer at Vince Vaughn's daughters bat mitzfa on Starsky and Hutch. I think those lyrics go "I want to make L-O-V-E T-O Y-O-U", though. Kinda' the same.
Is that the "...I love you exclamation point... i wanna hold you in parenthesis..."?? that was a scary one!
Those were some creepy guesses for sure, but no. This was a random quote that came to mind actually from a Care Bears read along cassette I loved when I was little. I believe it was Cheer Bears theme song...
