To bob or layer

Many have inquired of my decision concerning Elizabeth's hair dilemma. Funny how it was such an ordeal when it happened, but I have yet to make a decision on what to do about it! I've narrowed my options down to two.
1) chop it to chin length and donate the length (what's left) to make wigs for cancer patients (you mean like uncle Matt? she asked? uh, no...)
2) follow her
personal beautician's advice and just layer the front and keep the length.
What's YOUR vote?

I bobbed Mei Li's hair recently and I love it, but I LOVE it when girls have long hair too! I think either way she will look smashing.

I agree......either way, she will be gorgeous. I think the bob would look adoreable on her. And it's a bonus if you can donate her beautiful locks! :) Can't wait to see pics of what you do!

You can only donate if it's around 10 inches. I don't think she has that much anymore :-(

If it were my daughter, I'd keep the length and layer front. Of course she will look great in any style... but I'd keep the length, she has such beautiful thick hair. I vote length.

Bob it! The bunch of layers will drive you crazy especially since its all been the same length up to this point (at least it would me). With the way her hair grows so fast it'll be back long in a year or two! But you know me, I am all for cutting hair!

chop it - It would be fun to have a different look and it will grow out

I thought I had already left a comment, but I guess not! My vote is to cut it (this coming from a long hair girl). I just chopped 12 inches off mine a few weeks back, and it's been a good change. Besides, she's young enough that she can grow it out again.
